The Creation Story: Storytelling Cards

                                         

Narration, or telling back stories, is an effective way of memorizing and processing information. But for my littlest learners, I wanted to find a more interactive way to help them "tell back" the story of Creation. So here is my very first attempt; I hope you enjoy using this with your students. I printed these cards and pasted the "script" to the back of the images. Then I laminated them, hole-punched them, and placed them on a ring so that my kids can flip through them over and over again. I also created a "storytelling basket" using items from around the house for my little ones to use to tell the story of creation.
